My First Duathlon

I completed my first duathlon last weekend, and finished first in my age group and second overall. The race was the 2nd Annual Myogenesis Duathlon in McDonough, GA (the triathlon was cancelled due to low water levels). The winner was Chris Rockett from Atlanta. I gave him a box of mix-and-shake. It turns out he will be at my second duathlon, the Fall Chill in Hiawasse, GA. This is the same location as the Half Ironman we relayed as two teams a few years back. Chris and I will be carpooling to the race, and if anyone else wants to come along you are welcome to. There is raceday registration. See you soon!
